GOLE Terms of Service
Effective Date: September 25, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of GOLE.
By creating an account or using GOLE, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. What GOLE Provides
GOLE is an education technology platform designed to help students research universities, compare options, understand published admissions information, organize applications and receive personalized guidance.
Features may include student profiles, university discovery, Match Engine results, saved universities, comparison tools, application tracking, document management, GOLE Advisor and Live Official Research.
Features may change as GOLE develops.
2. Educational Guidance, Not Admission Decisions
GOLE provides information and decision-support tools.
GOLE is not a university, admissions office or governmental admissions authority.
GOLE cannot guarantee admission, scholarships, financial aid, visas or any other university outcome.
A Match Score, Reach/Target/Safety classification or Advisor response is not an admission probability and should not be interpreted as a prediction or guarantee of admission.
Universities make their own admissions decisions.
3. University Information
GOLE seeks to provide accurate and useful university information, including requirements, tuition, deadlines and application routes.
Universities can change their requirements, policies, fees and deadlines at any time.
Where a decision is important, you are responsible for confirming the information through the relevant university or official admissions system before submitting an application.
When GOLE displays a verified source or Live Official Research result, the official source remains authoritative.
4. GOLE Advisor
GOLE Advisor uses automated and artificial-intelligence systems to explain information and help you navigate GOLE.
Advisor responses may contain errors, omissions or outdated interpretations.
GOLE Advisor does not replace official university guidance, professional legal advice, financial advice or immigration advice.
Controlled Advisor actions may allow you to save universities, modify certain profile information or update application workflow states. GOLE will request confirmation for supported actions where appropriate.
You remain responsible for reviewing changes before confirming them.
5. Live Research
GOLE Advisor may retrieve current information from official university or admissions sources.
Live Research is intended to supplement GOLE's stored information, not silently replace it.
A Live Research result does not automatically update GOLE's permanent university records or your Match Engine results.
Information shown as checked live reflects the source available at the time of the research and may later change.
6. Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and protecting access to your account.
You must not share credentials in a way that compromises the security of your account or the service.
You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless applicable law provides otherwise.
GOLE may offer login through third-party identity providers such as Google. Your use of those providers may also be subject to their terms.
7. Eligibility and Minors
You must be legally capable of agreeing to these Terms.
If you are a minor under applicable law, you may use GOLE only with the permission or involvement of a parent or legal guardian where required.
GOLE is not intended for children under 13.
8. Your Information and Content
You retain ownership of information and documents you provide to GOLE.
You grant GOLE a limited right to host, process, copy and technically transform your content only as reasonably necessary to operate, secure and improve the service and provide features you request.
You represent that you have the right to provide the information and documents you upload.
Do not upload material you are not authorized to use.
9. Acceptable Use
You may not use GOLE to violate law, impersonate another person, access another user's information, interfere with service security, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, misuse automated systems, scrape the service in an abusive manner, or use GOLE to create fraudulent educational or admissions materials.
GOLE may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users, GOLE or third parties.
10. Applications and Third-Party Services
GOLE may help you prepare and organize university applications and provide links to official application portals.
Unless GOLE explicitly states otherwise, applications are submitted through external university or admissions systems rather than by GOLE.
Opening an application portal does not mean your application has been submitted.
You are responsible for reviewing and completing the official application process, paying required fees and confirming successful submission.
Third-party services are governed by their own terms.
11. Intellectual Property
GOLE, its software, interface, branding, databases, design, content created by GOLE and related intellectual property are owned by GOLE or its licensors, except for user content and third-party materials.
These Terms give you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use GOLE for its intended purposes.
They do not transfer ownership of GOLE intellectual property to you.
12. Availability and Changes
We aim to keep GOLE available and reliable, but uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.
We may modify, add, remove, test or discontinue features.
Temporary interruptions may occur for maintenance, security or technical reasons.
13. Paid Features
GOLE may offer paid features or subscriptions in the future.
Where payment is required, the price, billing terms, renewal conditions and applicable cancellation terms will be disclosed before purchase.
Any additional payment-provider terms may also apply.
14. Suspension and Termination
You may stop using GOLE at any time.
We may suspend or terminate access if you materially violate these Terms, misuse the service, create security risks or if required by law.
Where appropriate, we will seek to provide reasonable notice.
Termination does not eliminate rights or obligations that by their nature should survive termination.
15. Disclaimer
GOLE is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by applicable law.
We do not warrant that every university record, Advisor response, Match result or Live Research result will always be complete, current or error-free.
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or warranties that cannot lawfully be excluded.
16. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GOLE and its current service operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or special losses arising from use of the service, reliance on informational content, third-party systems or admissions decisions.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by law, including applicable mandatory consumer protections.
17. Privacy
Our processing of personal information is described in the GOLE Privacy Policy, which forms an important part of your use of the service.
18. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms as GOLE develops.
If a change is material, we may provide notice through GOLE or another reasonable method.
Continued use after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance where permitted by applicable law.
19. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, subject to any mandatory consumer or data-protection rights that apply based on where you live.
Nothing in these Terms removes rights that cannot legally be waived.

GOLE is currently operated by:
